Since 1988, Jay has provided advisory services to companies in crisis or wrestling with difficult issues. These issues range from insolvency and management conflict to operating problems arising from underperformance and lack of planning. He has worked across the country with clients as well as private equity and investment banking firms. Jay is an expert at organizational dynamics, governance, marketing and repositioning.
